Emotional Intelligence (EI) -  What to Know About EI in the Workplace

Did you know that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the best measure of expected workplace performance?

Where Intelligence Quotient (IQ) measures the ability to reason and make logical decisions, EI accounts for the capacity to intuitively recognize, understand, and manage how to react to emotions.

Because 90% of top-achieving employees display high Emotional Intelligence and often outperform those with the highest IQs, EI has become associated with reduced at-work conflict, increased workplace productivity, and the development of a strong company culture.

Watch our complimentary webinar to learn how a focus on Emotional Intelligence can positively impact your business.

Our guest Speaker, Don Dressler, will explain the fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence, discuss the growing importance of it in the workplace, and teach you how to proactively train your workforce to enhance and exhibit EI on the job.

Topics will include:

  • What is Emotional Intelligence? The building blocks of EI.
  • Why Emotional Intelligence is important to workplace interactions and operations.
  • Can Emotional Intelligence be developed? How to boost EI.
  • Tips & tricks to improve at-work Emotional Intelligence and the benefits of it.
